I've seen Dr Paolucci twice for TIA and intractable migraine in Melbourne Regional ER. To be honest, he is the ONLY ER doc that has taken the time to explain things to me and never treated me like I am a waste of space or time. It's unfortunate that he doesn't take my current insurance in an office setting because he would be the only doctor I would see. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
Great doctor very caring.
He helped my husband in the hospital. Very good at explaining procedures, goals and expectations. Very kind and took time to ask us if we had any questions
Had my surgery at Melbourne Regional. Apparently this doctors office billed my insurance company and me. I have never met him. He never introduced him self to me. Now I know first hand what my President is talking about when he says surprise billing.
