Didn't receive copy of warranty until 4 mo's after purchase. Attempted to wear insoles, feet hurt worse. Attempted to call multiple times to discuss issues, never received a call back. Returned insoles via certified mail, Never received refund. Total waste if $500.

Dr. Costello is the best. I was in a lot of pain and they got me in pronto. He is knowledgeable of my condition and was able to provide excellent and timely treatment. He also followed up with me by phone to check on me. This is the second time he has brought expert resources to my immediate needs. Top notch experience. Thank u.
I was SO impressed with the thoroughness of our visit. Joe explained everything to my son and I -- x-rays, gait analysis, what things he observed and what they mean. He was amazing! We left with a total understanding of what was happening with my son's feet and what we can do to treat it and prevent further injury. And it didn't take forever to get an appointment. I totally recommend Costello Foot & Ankle Clinic!

Dr. Costello was very thorough on my examination, to determine what my problems were and what the best way to correct them would be. He explained the issues in a way that I could understand and did not just write up a script and send me on my way. He took the time to go over different options with me. I was very pleased with the care I received and will definitely recommend him to others.
Dr. Costello is a very skilled specialist. He has provided our family with complete and expert care from custom orthotic inserts to proper toe nail health. He has up to date technology right in his office and the experience to solve your foot and ankle problems. I needed a shot in my toe and I honestly did not feel the injection. I honestly can't say enough great things about my experience at this clinic! I've had years of lower back and hip pains that has only gotten worse with age. At the referral of my chiropractor, I made an appointment with Dr. Costello. Dr. Costello is very thorough in the explaining the results of the x-rays and gait test, etc. The results of my x-rays and gait test explained so much about why I was in pain and what we can do to correct it. I am on my way back to a pain free, active life!
