We thought we wanted granite but, after meeting with Joe, Maganite countertops fit more of our family needs. He was very professional and guided, not pushed, us into a decision. Countertops were installed beautifully. He pointed out the seam but, we couldn't see it. He found the sink we requested that he had never ordered before. We picked the most expensive "group" pattern and he encourage us to priced a very similiar pattern at home depot. The price he gave us was close to $20 less per sq. ft. The window sill was installed promptly and the customers are satisfied.
This was not a counter top installation, but a crack repair in a 1/8" thick laminate material similar to Corian. In fairness to the repairman, I was offered two ways to repair the crack and with the repairman's agreement on which method to try first, we opted to try the less expensive method. This proved to be totally unsatisfactory and I still have a very large visible crack in the countertop.

This countertop was Wilsonart Solid Surface Veneer which is no longer sold due to failures and irreparableness. I did not fabricate or install this top. Fortunately, I was able to refer this customer to http://www.wilsonartssvsettlement.com/ so that he can seek reimbursement. He promised to call me back when he is ready for replacement tops.
