Joe arrived on time, explained exactly what the problem was & what he could do to help the situation. We had a crack in our granite countertop that was caused by an improper sink installation and rod failure. Joe worked diligently to correct the problem and seal the crack. The job took about six hours to complete. The crack is filled in and the countertop sealed. After reading this review, I spent another 2 hours blending in this repair (no charge) and the customer was much happier with the result. Repair results are subjective; much more art than science. Inconspicuous, not invisible, is the goal.

After communication problem between me and the professional was solved, Joe rescheduled his appointment at our location and was willing to compromise on the price. Work requested was accomplished in an excellent manner and quality. I would highly recommend for counter top restoration.
This job was to repair a cracked granite sink top..It was a major undertaking requiring multiple skills..all of which joe possesses..while not "as good as new" it was performed very professionally..this job was very expensive and required major clean up..grinding granite in your kitchen leaves one helluva mess..of the people iI talked to regarding this job,he was the only one who Was confident he could do it
It was disconcerting to enter into a contract without a pre-work visit to understand what and how the contractor was proposing to do. The work was completely satisfactory, however.

I've performed sink replacements successfully many times; this is like asking your mechanic to look at a flat tire. A pre-work visit takes additional time and additional time costs more money. I try to save my customers as much money as I can.
