I was not pleased with some aspect of the work. residue was left on the sink and fauchet. I think that cleaning afterwards was at question. I think my expectations were higher.
Business response:
I was hired by this customer to seal his countertops and repaired a chip near the faucet which virtually disappeared for no extra charge. Liberal sealer application at the vertical edge of the sink cut-out and on to the sink rim is essential. A second clean-up is not unexpected or difficult. The customer expressed total satisfaction at completion or I would not have accepted payment.
Great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and addressed issues that no one else noticed or mentioned. Once he pointed them out, I realized the amount of money he probably saved me in the future. I definitely recommend him for future projects.
Contractor, 1. Did not deliver what he promised. 2. Did an unnecessary repair that turned out worse than before he touched it, just to justify collecting more money for his time spent at the job. 3. Did not have an invoice or receipt to provide after completion of work. 4. Did not have business cards. 4. I WILL NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THIS MAN!

The industry standard for solid surface repairs is ?inconspicuous?, not ?invisible?, which my repairs met and I have pictures as proof available by request. The repairs could not be felt at completion. The slight gray moon shape in one ?after? picture is a gouge filled with cyanoacrylate instead of the more expensive and more inconspicuous insert method at the request of the customer to keep costs down. Joe refinished and sealed slightly worn kitchen countertops. On time, price exactly as quoted up-front and quality of work was outstanding. While quality was everything I had hoped-for, the cost was pretty steep for the time spent on the job. Cleanup was not very thorough.
Joe was very accommodating with my schedule, did great work, and even left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him!
Joe did a great job repairing a quartz countertop that had been installed improperly. Really appreciate his good work.
Joe installed a new solid surface sink, reinforced and repaired counter tops with two large seams/cracks and refinished counters. He is extremely knowledgeable and did a wonderful job.
The finished project was outstanding. I had cracked my granite counter-top, and I spent several hours trying to find someone that could fix it. After being told by many that the crack could not be fixed, I was directed to Joe. He worked quickly and efficiently. At the conclusion of the project, the crack was barely noticeable and the surface was completely smooth. Someone would have to look extremely hard to find the original break. I would definitely recommend him to others and would use him again the future.
