I was very disappointed wih the service and care I received. My visit was at the Hermitage PA office and I don't feel that the staff listened to my problem. The Dr. did not order a single test or x-ray but instead told me he was referring me to a pain management clinic with a diagnosis of lower back pain and was recommending steroid shots. An x-day from my pcp a week later showed I had a dislocated pelvis. I will NOT ever go back to this company.
My mother attended UPMC Presbyterian Hospital with a stroke for the second time. Their knowledge of how to handle this type of patient is outstanding. The second stroke approx. six weeks later caused considerably more damage than the first. She was Care flown into the hospital from the Mon Valley area and they administered a PTA medication within the given window of time.
