Same experience as Ryan. After an annoying phone tree I end up with Cropp Metcalf. "Do you guys know Quality Plumbing?" I asked. "No, we're better" she said. "Good bye," I said. I'm assuming these guys sold to C-M? Who knows? Anyway...
I don't understand the reviews here. This number rings through to an operator who connected me to another company (CroppMetcalfe) that in turn has offered to connect me to a sales representative that presumably will offer to connect me to a plumber when/if they call back. Lots of layers.
Really enjoyed working with Mr. Bauer. Will use him again.
The best plumber ever! He knows his craft and is a great problem solver.
