I’ve done about 50 deals or so with Joe and his team, and I usually don’t write reviews anymore. But this particular deal was a small one for Joe and hardly worth his time, And at the same time, One of the hardest deals to close we’ve had to date. Joe and his team sold my condo and helped me buy a single family home. This was all done within a 30 day closing window.
