I waited for 1 hour for my first appointment and almost 2 hours for my second. The desk staff was dismissive of any concerns and had no excuse for the wait times. I found the Dr. rude and not kind. I do not not recommend going to him at ALL.
I went for a follow up visit and the doctor asked me what medicine had he prescribed to me.They had no records of the name of the eye drops that he prescribed on my last visit.Then ge started arguing with me. No patience, no interest,no human touch. rushy and unprofessional. I will never go back.They are only interested in numbers,just making money.They are always overcrowded.
