Awful customer service. Receptionist loves to hang up on people, I dont know her name because she wouldn't provide me with that.. They can't provide information to clients, such as when they sell their storage facility, it took me 4 months to find out I should be sending my rent to someone else and that was after I got a check returned in the mail and I called them to see if they moved their office because I had no idea why my rent check was sent back to me.
