Dr. Arulandu and all staff are very pleasant when I visit . They care about their patients and I always know I will get the best care and treatment.
The level of care exceeded my expectations. Every member of the team was competent and compassionate!
Dr A is a great doctor along with his nurses however every one else in that place needs fired. I walked into the office and a patient was yelling at a receptionist for making fun of other patients. Another patient came in begging for a prescription ,that was placed 3 days prior. Nobody answers the phone there and the ft wayne call center is a joke. The Doctor LISTENS and Communicates with you not just talk at you like some! I would not see anyone else, he has my diabetes numbers way down and manageable! OUTSTANDING bed side manner too! Great Doctor
I Really like Dr. Arulandu he’s always there to listen to me and he always says if I need anything to call there, let him know and he will take care of me and I’m sure that a lot of other patients feel the same way I do! The staff is friendly The nurses are good and friendly and that’s what I like. I feel comfortable around everyone that works for him there.
