tried several different times to contact you and your office to get the information only to be rebuffed and told by your Receptionist and by your Nurse Cynthia that they would call me back. Not one person has tried call me back.
Had a good experience with Dr Lanzone he was very knowledgeable and patient with me making sure that I understood everything and took real good care of me while doing my prostate surgery enjoy working with his staff and how professional they were thank you for everything Bobby Naugher
Very poor patient care. Go to Jacksonville instead, you won't regret it.
Dr. Lanzone is totally professional. Most importantly he has made me and my wife very comfortable with the treatment I have received and the time he has taken to thoroughly explain options available and his recommendations for my care.
I was referred to him when I was in tremendous pain with a kidney stone. Dr. Lanzone was excellent, and took care of the problem He didn't try to rush me into a decision, and was very patient in explaining all my options. Highly Recommend him.

Aweful! I was 30 minutes early for my appt and was there 90 minutes after my appt and didn't see a doctor. They said they were behind because their computers crashed. I left, then they sent me a bill when they provided no service.

I am sorry to hear that you had this experience. If you were billed without seeing a doctor that was an error on the part of my staff. No doubt it was caused by the computer crash you referenced. We rarely experience computer problems, so I am sure this flustered our front office staff. Please contact our office manager and she will quickly and pleasantly reverse that billing error. We strive to treat our patients well and promptly and I am sorry you had a negative experience in our office.
Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him.
I arrived in great pain and learned it was a kidney stone. He was very professional and explained all of my options and took care of my kidney stones. I would see him again.
