Dr. Joseph actually listens to our concerns. She helped calm my fears/guided me, when I was struggling with breastfeeding my newborn, she was so understanding and HELD ME when I cried! Her staff if always so friendly and her wait times are always super short! I have and will continue to recommend her to all my friends! She is THE BEST!!!??
Very standoffish when you question her. “I’m the MD”. If I ask questions pertaining to my child’s health, I expect you to be able to answer them and not just say “it’s what the CDC says”. She chastised us for not getting our daughter a flu shot, didn’t even care to ask us why. (She’s allergic to eggs). Find a less arrogant provider. There’s a new doctor in the practice and he is fantastic.
She was always so wonderful with my daughter! 10/10 would recommend for anyone needing an amazing pediatrician.
She is great with my son and he loves her! Always goes abvove and beyond to answer all of our questions.
She had already made up her mind what was wrong with my child, before even seeing us. She refused to listen or review the blood sugar logs we had done. Made my child scared to go see another doctor! This is not good care. My child is still having issues and goes into a panic when talking about going to see the doctor.
