I love Dr Allen and I've been going there for many years. The nurse practitioner, Jones, is the most patient person I have ever dealt with. Scott at the front desk, is one of my favorite people and very very knowledgeable!
Was confused about medical paperwork that numerous other primary care givers have accepted. Unhelpful and inexperienced front staff including MA. Very inexperienced needs to go to training and more schooling cannot believe they have such an inexperienced unhelpful team here, came for half a visit will not be back. Thank you for not helping or caring about patients well being. Office should be shutdown due to incompetent MA/ Nursing staff. Could not get pass them to see actual doctor. Go some where else
I saw the NP, Elizabeth Jones, and she was amazing. Offered same day testing in the office so I wouldn’t have to wait for a follow-up or referral, and was so kind and patient. Explained everything, made sure I felt in control of my body, and showed true empathy. Would absolutely recommend her!! The MA was fantastic as well and wish I remembered her name. The best experience I’ve had with a PCP!
Dr Allen is awesome & caring a long with listening abilities lacking in other Drs I've seen !! I would say Dr Allen is baddass but don't know if I'm allowed. The front office with Scott & crime partner get no better. The ladies in other parts of the office are incredible as well !!! I'm truly blessed that Dr Allen & staff TCB (take care of business) ;) TY Steve & LOWRIDER
