Dr. Allen and his staff are are awesome. They are really caring, helpful and really care about what you need. They actually listen to what you say and do everything they can to help you. It's going downhill since he joined Graves Gilbert. Can't get ahold of him or get him to reply, getting appts when needed are useless cause it takes two weeks to get appt.
