Even though most people dredge going to the dentist, I have always enjoyed going to the Abrams Center. From Vanessa and Jennifer at the front desk who greet you with a warm smile and make you feel welcome, to Kelly (Dental Hygienist) and the other staff members and Doctors - it is a wonderful experience. Always professional and friendly
Everyone was kind, considerate and patient. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and no one took offense if I needed to hear the answer twice. Jennifer greeted me with a big smile and a handshake. Vanessa before my appointment on the phone answered every one of my questions with kindness and facts. Dental visit was great! I had my first dental appointment with Abrams Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. I went for routine care (nothing cosmetic) and was impressed. The dental hygienist took her time & gave me suggestions for improving my oral care (including a discussion of how to use Sonicare toothbrushes most effectively). The dentist was personable and full of helpful knowledge. I had to switch practices due to insurance reasons, and I'm relieved (after a long search) to find an office that feels welcoming and is run well.
