I completed a virtual appointment with the CRNP which led to me switching to Dr Santiesteban very through and good bed side manners the medical professionals at the front desk are nice I’m so happy I found a very good family practice.

Doctor lacks the ability to be a good diagnostician. He can’t write a prescription unless he looks it up in the physician’s desk reference manual. He’s also a little too free with his hands leaving the patient feel quite uncomfortable. Hard to get a sick appointment-you are told to go to an urgent care center or emergency room. Don’t recommend at all!

I really really like this doctor as well as the PA, she is great as well... the reason for only 2 stars is that I have been waiting 3 weeks for someone in that office to do their job and call my insurance company about a prior authorization.. I know I don’t need one from past experience and have told them this but they insist on checking for themselves.. OK so how about doing bit??? So far waiting 3 weeks for someone there to make a phone call is totally ridiculous.., I have already had CANCER twice, I would like to know if ... read more

Dr Santiesteban runs a great office! Both he AND his office staff is kind and courteous (you know how a rude receptionist can make or break a patient experience). Dr Santiesteban took the time to talk with me and discuss my concerns, not just give me a cursory glance and bill my insurance. Highly recommended!
