I love my doctor and his staff!
Dr. Koss is very distracted and seems to give lack luster care to his patients. He often overlooks and is disinterested with the patients chief complaint in lieu of talking about his own personal debt and marital issues. It would be best to look elsewhere for a physician.
This man has impacted my life in ways he will never know...
My mom has been a patient of his for years. We can never contact him except at appointments. Can’t tell you how many times we have called and left messages and he NEVER calls back. She has a large lump in her neck, paged him at night, so he did call and tell her to call at 8:15 the next morning. So she called, left a message. I have called and left several messages.
