Great Doctor and very knowledgeable staff, The doctor listens to my issues and the staff is very professional . I was able to get in and see the doctor , Luisa made my appointment and she was wonderful, The office is very welcoming and the staff were all very pleasant . Great experience
Dr. Giamo is himself very kind. I don't think his office is managed well, I was prescribed a nebulizer and medication four months ago and I have yet to get the nebulizer. I have called four times up to now and have been assured each time that the problem is fixed. Three days ago I had an appointment and was promised in person that I would get it. Today the company who issues nebulizers said they never heard of me. I called the office and a very flippant girl asked why I waited 4 months!!
While I have no personal issues w/Dr. Giaimo nor do I doubt his abilities, opinions, & knowledge as a doctor, his staff leaves very much to be desired. I just walked out without being seen after arriving at 9:45am for a 10am appt w/him. Why I was scheduled for an appointment a full HOUR before he even comes in is beyond me. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO! When I left, the girl at the desk was shoving food in her face while talking to me! SO unprofessional! Time to clean house, I won't be back!
Contacted this physician as directed by Palm Gardens ER. Spoke to a receptionist by the name of Renee. She sched a "new patient appt" as I have Pneumonia. I get a "text" from Dr. Giaino office stating he will need to re-sched my appoint.. We called the Dr's office and spoke to a person by the name of "Leslie" who was very unprofessional and defensive. The appt was rescheduled. On 3/5/18 we get another text from Dr. Giaimo canceling. This treatment is unacceptable and will be shared.

Dr Giaimo is an excellent, proffesional physician & his office staff & nurses are kind, friendly & Competent. Health concerns are inherently stressful enough, but Dr Giaimo & his staff help alleviate that burden by offering a clean & comfortable environment. You won't be stuffed in some poorly lit broom closet for half an hour as some other practices! If you have any pulmonary health issues don't hesitate to schedule an appointment or request a referral. You won't be disappointed!
I have been a patient of Dr. Giaimo for 2.5 years. He is a very caring, knowledgeable doctor. He knows about new treatments, medication and supplies. His office staff is fantastic! They all work together to give a really good experience. I would recommend him for sure!
