Not a full service office. Missed a diagnosis and ended up in hospital. Lack of thorough follow up and professional follow through I ended up in ER. Being dismissed as patient for missing an appointment due to hypoxia not diagnosed and not being able to complete phone call to office due to long waiting time. Dr does not see individual patients as stated on his web site. Please seek another pulmonologist should you need help.

This was my worst experience with a doctor ever. I had an appt scheduled and was called to request a reschedule due to an emergency. I complied and rescheduled. On the day of my intended appointment, I was called again to advise they needed to reschedule my appointment. I complied again and was scheduled for a week later. On the day of the appointment for my telemed visit, I waited on the phone via the link provided from 12:45pm (appointment was at 1:00pm) until 1:45pm. Due to the corona virus I had a telephone follow-up appointment with Dr. Giaimo rather than going into his office.. This is the first telephone appointment I've had with a doctor and I was extremely pleased with the experience. It was convenient and time saving. Dr. Giaimo called me on time, we discussed my health, medications and set up follow-up appointments. His staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Giaimo. I've been a patient of his for many years and I am very satisfied.

Telemed ... who knew it was going to be a word! I had my first experience with my telemed appointment via Facebook with Dr. Giaimo the week of 4/27/20 ... courtesy of COVID 19. I wasn't sure what to expect but, just as in his office, Dr. Giaimo was wholly engaged with me as a patient ... he asked all of the pertinent questions and as usual, he listened patiently to my health questions and concerns about Coronavirus. Dr. Giaimo and his staff are very kind and responsive to inquiries and questions. Easy to make and change appointments, and his office is clean and inviting. Would recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Giaimo and his entire staff have been extremely helpful and efficient. We appreciate how quickly they have helped us with our needs. My father has been taught better ways to take care of himself and they have helped with his compliance with his equipment. We look forward to working with the dr and his staff! There was barely a wait time and the office staff is professional and caring at the same time.

The office staff and reception personel has changed for the better. The new staff is exceptional, Very friendly,attentive and pleasant. DR. Giaimo has onlys been great and still is.

Dr Giaimo is a great doctor and terrific person; easy to talk to and get this: he listens, too! All of his staff, front office, are personable and helpful. They make the whole process easy. I think they're kind-hearted, too. I wish many blessings to all.

The Dr. is very nice but my issues are as follows. 1.) I had a 4pm appointment which I got to at 4:05. A message was left on my phone at 4:02 telling me my appointment was canceled. I used an hour of my sick leave and drove in from Wellington. 2.) On a following visit when paying my co pay they tried to charge me $25 for a missed appointment that was during hurricane Dorian post office, airport, schools, county facilities all closed, shelters still opened.
