They will not allow you to be with your child during any filling etc... They physically restrained my son with special needs because he was terrified and they refused to let me sit near him. Dr Fleck also put a murcury filling in my son's tooth when we had agreed that he would use a white filling. I would not take my dog here if it needed dental work!
Dr. Bautista was a God sent! My youngest son had a traumatic experience at a Pediatric dentist office which led him to being diagnosed with pediatric anxiety. Dr. Bautista and his helpers were so patient, with him and reminded him, they wouldn't hold him down only hold his hand. He still struggles at times but he'll tell them, "you won't hold me down, you only hold hands." He is starting to over come some of his anxiety and smiles when he talks about Dr. Bautista and his girls. I'm so thankful for each member of this staff. ... read more
