This office is great! The staff, the orthodontists, the lobby are all friendly and inviting. I had 2 kids go through here and they constantly ran into friends at their appointments who had the same great experiences. They worked out payment plans and helped get paperwork through the insurance system. Communication is easy and informative from answering questions to sending reminders for appointments. I highly recommend Drs. Dugoni and Rensch.
Dr. Dugoni is a very patient and kind orthodontist. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done, listens to your concerns and makes recommendations. His staff are friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with the orthodontic services that I have received and I highly recommend Dr. Dugoni & his office.
Dr. Dugoni has been my family's orthodonist for thirteen years. It started with a family emergency and continued with four family members in braces. The service is great! It's a family oriented enviornment and you're treated as such. I highly reccomend Dr. Dugoni for all your orthodontic needs. The Shambry and Fluker family.
I was recommended by my dentist and I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Dr. Dugoni understands my desire to have straight teeth before my wedding and has created a plan to make sure that I have a perfect smile for all the pictures. I can't wait to see the pictures!!!
I can speak from personal experience as an adult having braces and having children with braces. Dr. Dugoni and his staff are awsome. They treat you like family! We have been patients of Dr. Dugonis over the last 15 years between myself and my 2 children. They are willing to work out payment plans, and help with billing insurance. Wonderful staff! I liked their system for visits making your time in there as minimal as possible. I completely agree with the previous posters. Go see Dr Dagoni!
Dr. Dugoni is wonderful! He listens to his patients and works with them to achieve the desired goals. The staff is wonderful too! I love how they explain everything as they do it so you don't just have someone proding around in your mouth without any idea what is going on.
