Went in Monday for an ear problem. It wasn't fixed. Called again on Friday and told to be there at 9am Saturday. Was there at 9am Saturday and they told me I didn't have an appointment and they would try to get me in but it would likely be an hour, even though the waiting room was empty and I was coming back because they didn't take care of the problem proepertly! After 15 years and countless problems with this office, I am now done with them. Too bad because Doc Bruno is a nice guy.
I spent 50 minutes waiting for doctor (next-door with a patient talking about Beachbody program and Clothes Mentor). When she saw me, she inspected my injured hand to determine if I need an x-ray, which put me in tears but told me to continue taking ibuprofen instead of giving me anything else. 10 minutes with me! Then nurse returned to ask ME what the DR ordered and I had to ask her to wrap my hand! Two days later, result- not broken, my hand wrapped/rested, but still in pain. Not going back!
We have been with Dr. Bruno for 30 plus years , I trust him, and his staff . I like the fact that he takes the time to answer any and all questions, I never feel rushed in or out !
I have never seen Dr. Bruno himself I always see Jacob the PA. He is great easy to talk to and never makes me fee rushed.
