I just started going to Dr. Bruno and I am very satisfied. He not only listens but takes the time to explain everything!
The best, most honest you'll find.
Dr Bruno is old school, no frills/bs, completely honest and upfront. He's been my dr for over 10 yrs. You can have an open discussion with him and bounce ideas off him as he continues to keep an open mind and doesn't judge/dictate. His reviews show that he can be an "acquired" taste, lol, but as an older guy who doesn't like dr's offices, I can get in and out without the crazy waits/etc. I'm only writing this review as a counter balance to the negative ones...I select my health plan based on what his office accepts.
He's the worst doctor I've ever seen. He misdiagnosed me and refused to refer me. He spends too much time talking about himself, and not enough time listening. I'm much happier with my new doctor. You're better off with pretty much anyone but Dr. Bruno. It's definitely time he retired.
Takes time to talk
I get excellent and professional care. I never feel like the dr is rushing to get out the door. My problems are always addressed and if additional tests or procedures are needed drs take care of that. The medical and office staff are polite and courteous. I see Jake Coughlin and am very happy with him.
Rude, confrontation, pill-pusher. There was a pharma rep in his office on my first visit. AVOID
I was appalled by his total disregard for my health, and condition. I came after being sick for a few weeks on a Saturday. When my strep test came back negative after 2 minutes, he told me to get a tranquilizer, and see a shrink. My regular Dr cultured the sample, and I did indeed have strep, and a round of antibiotics, took care of the blinding headaches I was having. ZERO stars from me. His care was worse than nothing.
Horrible patient care. By far the dirtiest and most out date office around. Looks like a pill factory. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Well maybe them but no family or friends!
