Dr Baust and his team took immediate action and proper precautions for the safety of all patients during the COVID-19 Pandemic. My son had a well child visit and I was so pleased with how proper measures were taken to ensure his continued good health during this time! I have always been very pleased with this office and will continue to recommend it!
Dr. Baust is one of the most amazing physicians Ive ever known. He stops and listens and interacts with kids at their level. My partner and I feel so heard everytime we go in. Sometimes the wait is a bit much, but it's because each patient gets as much attention as they need.
Dr. Baust has been taking care of our kids since they were born. We love him, his bedside manner, his thoroughness, and patience with toddlers! The staff is always friendly and welcoming too
Dr Baust and his staff provide exceptional service. His dedication to the medical profession is demonstrated every visit as he always takes his time to explain everything to us and answers all of our questions/concerns in great detail. We feel very fortunate to have him as our Pediatrician and would recommend him and his staff to anyone in search of a doctor.
My wife and I would recommend Dr. Baust to anyone who wants a great doctor for there children. Dr Baust take time to explain everything and genuinely care for the patients. Also takes time to answer questions if you call the office.
Dr.Baust is a great doctor. Always takes his time when checking the kids and addresses any concerns.
Doc is fine - very personable. If we had a problem that was anymore complicated than a regular checkup, we would use the Urgent Care as we don't have that level of confidence. Other than that, the office staff is a total joke. Do away with every single front office staff/manager and get new people and I'm sure it would improve.

There is not a better pediatrician anywhere. My kids beg to go to each other’s appointments just to see him. He builds relationships with his patients and parents. Dr. Baust is trustworthy, wise, and compassionate which are characteristics that aren’t as common as they once were.
Dr Baust is a fantastic pediatrician. We love his personality and attention to the kids, but my average wait time for well-visits is 1.5 hrs. That’s just too long!
