I had the pleasure of dining at Joseon and WOW!! What an amazing meal. First off, the vibes of the restaurant. Stunning tall ceilings, calm aesthetic but not sterile, and a peaceful buzz to it. The food was absolutely incredible- everything we ate was phenomenal and I’m pretty sure we had everything on the menu. Bossam and bone marrow are a must for a big group!! Worst korean restaurant ever. it’s basically frozen food from korean market and they just make it fancy. The soup taste so salty, it’s not even soup.. its like a sauce. the kalguksu doesn’t even have noodles in it.. Don’t go here!!!! WASTE OF MONEY
I didn’t think it was going to be a lot of food but boy was I full by the end of it. It was nice seeing familiar dishes transformed into more refined plates. Everything was tasty! I’m glad we tried it out.
