I am a healthcare provider myself and have interacted with many healthcare providers. Dr. Gurian was the rudest and least helpful provider I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. He made assumptions about me before meeting me, talked down to me, and refused to have a conversation with me. He then proceeded to speak poorly about other providers who are not MDs (specifically PAs and NPs). I did not feel like a human being when sitting in the room with him. Incredibly unprofessional and unempathetic.

Dr. Gurian literally saved my hearing. I was with Otoschelrosis, a rare condition where the inner ear bones fused together in my right ear. I saw one ENT who said there was nothing they could do but fit me for a hearing aid. Luckily, I found Dr. Gurian for a second opinion. Great personality funny guy fix my ear in one outpatient procedure. My hearing is great now I highly recommend this professional.
Very professional with evident expertise and excellent bedside manner. Initial consultation Dr. Gurian did a comprehensive evaluation in the first visit itself. No going back for multiple visits (and corresponding copays). Reception and billing personnel are very efficient too
