I misplaced aMedication that was prescribed to me by Se Campo. called his office so that I may get a refill... Was told I must come in .... Well I now out of the meds and it is not recommended to stop anti seizure meds abruptly.. The gal said she would check again”... She came back and said NOPE”!!... u must be seen first !... That is the type of care you can expect , then I no longer will see this doctor!! Gal said ... have a nice day !!.. .. my primary physician called me in a refill !!... An Important Patient with a Voice

I have seen Dr. De Ocampo for several years, and I had been happy with the care I have received. His office staff is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. I have to follow up on everything, from referrals, to sending medical records to another doctor for care. This is a constant, chronic experience. I have to wait a week for them to basically do nothing, and then I have to follow up again to work out the kinks because his office doesn't communicately clearly with other doctors he, himself has referred me to. I have seen this physician for about 5 years for migraines, he is fantastic. His team is easy to communicate with and always ready to get me in as needed.

I was assigned to him by the hospital after my stroke. I've now seen him half a dozen times over nearly 3 years. He arrives to appointments unprepared. He is inattentive, making little attempt to understand my situation. He is also a poor communicator, failing to explain basic facts about stroke, about sleep apnea, about test results, and about recommended treatments — even when such topics were the previously agreed-upon purpose of the visit. Friendly office staff, after that not a good experience Waited over an hour for my 10:00 appt Rude nurse practitioner Saw Dr. D for approx 3 min A waste of time

I went to Dr. De Ocampo for a second opinion for my daughter’s health issue. After waiting for almost 2 hours, the doctor was rude and didn’t seem interested to hear the details of her condition. He kept telling me to “focus” and when giving me the name of what he thought she had, instead of explaining it.... he told me “to Google it”!! He is an extremely rude and condescending person that shouldn’t be practicing medicine!

I THOUGHT I found a good doctor. I found another GOD doctor! Refused to acknowledge tests and reports from a renowned sleep specialist that are barely two years old. Treated me like I was drug seeking, even though I have years of medical records that show otherwise. Suggested that I see a psychiatrist for the mood swings, depression and anxiety that are ABSOLUTELY being caused by my HORRIBLE exhaustion. Skip this doc if you have a complicated case or need immediate care. GREAT STAFF!

I have had headaches for the past 40 years. No one has ever taken me more serious and did as much for me as Dr DeOcampo. He has been proactive, and aggressive. Finally, a smart man who is actively looking for answers and solutions to help me! I have had to wait 20 min. past my appointment a couple times but he does not rush you. He listens and treats. I'm very happy with his care.
