Dr.Ruiz is a very caring and friendly doctor and he takes his time to explain things well.
Never followed up with me after my procedure even though I called the office multiple times because I was having negative side effects and needed to schedule a follow up visit. This is the worst office and experience I’ve ever had. Besides never calling me back for a follow up and dismissing my symptoms, on my first visit it took two hours to be seen from my original appointment time because of poor scheduling and overbooking on the offices part Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.
