RecommendedJust had THE best service at the Jose Peppers in Liberty/KC North. Brandi, you were awesome!! Food was excellent as always. Thanks for making my birthday lunch so wonderful Brandi!! I mean that Sinseriously! (Her word, I love it!)
Food was super greasy was the lunch special
Our server Brandy, was terrible. She kept looking past us when we needed more drinks and salsa. We ordered Espanaca dip and it never came. My Tequila Lime chicken that I always get just tasted like grilled chicken with no flavor. The cilantro rice was pretty bland too. Very disappointed and will NOT be back at this location. Also the server was sitting behind us at the table with customers talking and laughing and not paying attention to us so I had to go up to the bar to get a to go box and cup.

A couple of weeks ago we placed an order shortly before they were set to close for the day, we picked up our order and it wasn't correct nor what we had ordered. After speaking with the manager the next day, they made it right and sent us entree tickets in the mail. The manager was very courteous over the phone and eager to correct the situation. We have since ordered from Jose Peppers in Liberty and our meals were on point!
Great service, yummy food and tasty margaritas � I’ll definitely be returning!
