I am baffled at this score. Dr.Pizarro is amazing. He takes time to explain everything thoroughly and ensure understanding. Also, he asks your opinions. He wants the patient involved. He has a sweet demeanor and great bedside manner. His nurse handles every single thing asked of her and has a wonderful, helpful attitude. She fights for the patient to get things accomplished quickly. The front desk staff has been sweet and great everytime I have spoken with them. I Do Not Recommend this Practice and am Very Close to Reporting to the Medical Board. Clearly overwhelmed by volume of patients and unqualified staff. Consistently fail to return any calls...Whether related to scheduling, follow-up to treatment, or billing. Doctor cancelled appointments with short notice on several occasions. All to be Rescheduled for nearly 2 months out and cancel again!! Too many Empty promises to contact my family to reschedule...Still Waiting for the Call. An indictment on the modern medical industry.
