He performed my spinal surgery and did amazing
Very informative to the point I trust Dr. Willis
I waited an hour after my appt. time. I finally went out in the hall to fine some one. They said he was running late. Told them how long I have been waiting. Also said that if I had been a few minutes late they would of canceled my appt. & probably charged me for it. They said he should be there in a few minutes because of a phone call. Dr. Willis is not only a great surgeon, but he is a doctor who is very approachable and who takes time with his patients to fully explain information and answer all questions related to their surgeries and recoveries. He also is exceptionally good at putting a patient at ease prior to surgery for which they might be quite apprehensive!!!
He was very informative. Gave me options. Told me exactly what needed to be repaired. I felt very comfortable with the doctor.
He had excellent interview skills.
Dr. Willis displayed a genuine and compassionate concern for my wife's situation. We feel very comfortable with her treatment going forward.
Dr Menendez spent time with me and my husband explaining what we were seeing in my MRI. He explained I would need surgery and what to expect. I felt very calm about the whole visit.
I find Dr. Menendez to be very caring and understanding of my views. He explained my condition and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He explained that I have 3 options for my condition which were therapy, pain management or surgery. I first tried therapy and my pain got worse so I am going to have a nerve block to see if that relieve the pain.
