I first saw Dr Menendez in May, 2025, and was scheduled to see him again in July On the morning of my appt, they canceled on me, due to an emergency surgery, understandable. Made another appt for Aug. He's running behind, and I'm coming from 3 hrs away. I know doctors are busy, but you start to feel like you're just jerked around. Doctors would not stand to be treated the way most treat their patients. CORE is definitely a VOLUME business... their waiting room looked like an auditorium.
He is a excellent doctor, I had some problems, but they are on top of it and working to get it fixed. Have no complaints.
Each visit you’re left waiting for 2+ hours, no regard, no apology, no consideration or respect. Extremely disappointed in his bedside manners, he offers nothing except surgery, don’t read reports, can’t keep track of requests and reports and imagining received. His office literally treats patients like they don’t matter. Great visit. Very knowledgeable provider.
After so many appointments and attempts to find a solution, Dr. Menendez was able to step in and immediately create a game plan for me, giving me more hope, for the future.
The seating chairs both in the waiting room and the doctors room were the WORST EVER!
Great surgeon and everything went well. I was disappointed after the 1.5 hr drive to only see him for 5 minutes. I’d recommend doing these appointments via webcam to save me the pain, discomfort, and disappointment of the brief appointment. Glad to have case managers for post op guidance. Nevertheless, thank you for doing a great job throughout the surgery.
He helped us a lot.
