Dr. Casanova was very helpful in considering my future care options.
I am utterly disgusted while writing this, my family member has been dealing with this office since may. They have not properly received her test results, give her the run around since may 19th. As of August 20th, she went to the follow up appt and they still do not have her test results from May because they did not try to get them after giving the phone numbers to collect the results. This is a huge negligence on their part. I would stay away from this office if you want to be treated properly.
Everyone is so kind and actually care about your wellbeing.
