Amundaray performed 4 surgeries on me in 6 months, he replaced my hips and knees...my experience was incredible, I could hardly walk, my knees were deformed and I felt pain for 32 years, now I feel like new, I can walk normally and have almost normal movements... My experience with Dr Amundaray has been amazing. I was terrified of hip replacement but he was so confident and reassuring, both in the office and in the hospital. The surgery and recovery was unbelievably smooth, and I experienced very little pain afterwards. Six weeks later I am pain-free and walking 4+ miles a day with ease. Truly a skilled surgeon!!!

I started with Dr. José A. Amundaray on May 17, 2023. In the initial visit he talked about my disease, and explained all the possible treatments, including the surgery and the benefits of a Partial Knee Replacement. He gave me a follow-up visit because the knee has a severe inflammation. In that visit we talked about my decision. I agreed to do the surgery. Dr Amundaray has performed Total Knee Replacement on both of my knees..I had Osteoarthritis. The first surgery was August 2022 and this year my other knee in June 2023. I can’t say enough good things about him. Excellent Surgeon..explains in detail what he will do during surgery..answers any questions you may have. Follow up visits are detailed and very helpful.
