I’ve visited this salon three times, and unfortunately my experience has become increasingly disappointing. My first visit was great. I went in for their Tuesday special, and my hair felt properly hydrated, conditioned, and well taken care of. I left really satisfied and expected the same level of service moving forward. However, my second visit was not the same. I came in for a wash and blow-dry, but the ends of my hair were still very dry afterward.
