I stopped going to this practice a couple years ago due to my doctor leaving but had to mention the desk staff is very unfriendly and rude. Every time I went it was the same and so it wasn’t just one bad day.
Be advised: his qualifications are questionable. I might as well have made an appointment with Pfizer. Rafecas is the least knowledgeable medical doctor I’ve seen in my 30 year bout with migraines. The majority of the appointment was him literally repeating the ads from the drug companies. If you’re looking for a competent neurologist, try elsewhere.
The administrative side of the office is unbelievably rude and heartless. Interesting that they are so strict on missed/late/rescheduled appointments when they are dealing with adult patients with neurological problems who also wait a long time when their office is running so late. Dr. Rafecas is good so it is unfortunate that the office is so horrible. We're looking for another doctor even though we like Dr. Rafecas.
Found staff to be very helpful, Carrie was very kind and worked hard to get me in as soon as possible
Office staff is not helpful and compassionless.
