Bad service. I thought bartender might be having an off day but according to the other reviews, maybe not.

Great place great atmosphere and great people and yummy margaritas
By far one of the best restaurants we have ever been to! Most amazing service and they are very personable. Also have the most amazing drinks and food out there! I would recommend this place not only for a date night restaurant but also a family friendly restaurant.
Felt like an"upscale" Chevy's. The service was good at the tables near the bar. The food was good, but overpriced.
What a terrible place. Put this way...we were counting exact change because we didn't want to give them our card after cashing out in the bar. Better El Pastor at Muchos, weak cocktails, slow service, snotty waitresses.... Never coming back again. We had 5 people at the table and my hubby watched us eat our entire meal before he got his. Lame. This was the downtown location. The East side Margarita Factory location was much better.
The drinks are huge but weak. The servers think they are too cool to write down orders but then mess them up. It took over an hour to get some water. The bathrooms weren’t great. Our table of 5 was clearly and admittedly ignored due to a larger party next to us. We ended up going to Feral House across the street and received scellent service there!
