RecommendedWhat a gem right in Juneau. Given that we can't travel, we decided instead to stay at the Jorgensen House for our ten year anniversary. The chef was wonderful, everything was delicious and surpassed our expectations. The stay was elegant but cozy, classy but homey. Renda was a joy as well, making sure our stay was just as we wanted, and her homemade pumpkin cream cheese cookies were such a delight! I highly recommend the Jorgenson house for anyone looking to get away without having to go out of town.
I just got married at the Jorgenson House last week and stayed 2 nights. SUCH a beautiful wedding venue. Christy took care of us from start to finish and I couldn’t imagine not having her help throughout the whole process. She thought of everything and then some. The room service/breakfast was OUTSTANDING! I’m still dreaming of it to this day lol! Thank you Jorgenson for making our special day so magical!! I would most definitely recommend over and over again. It will always hold a special place in our hearts.
We just spent two nights at the Jorgenson House. What a WONDERFUL experience. The accommodations are top notch, only to be out done by the most gracious hostess Renda! Thanks for everything Renda. Gail and I can’t wait to get back
Absolutely wonderful place, first time to Alaska traveling with Regent and we are so glad we picked this tour. Everyone was so gracious and the food was amazing!!!
We had a very special stay at The Jorgenson House right in our home town! This amazing B&B is beautifully designed and comfortable with views from the sunroom up Mt Juneau and across to Douglas. We had a gourmet dinner and breakfast meal prepared by Amara with all Alaskan locally sourced foods that was spectacular . We were pampered in every way in beautiful surroundings . Chased out at 9:30 p.m. by the owner for a venue that was paid through 11:00 p.m. She was rude, disrespectful and kept telling us to just get out. Wow! I DO NOT recommend this place...
The Jorgenson House (and Renda!) arranged a special family party for 16 of us to celebrate my mom’s 75th birthday. The atmosphere was absolutely elegant...yet so cozy...everyone felt comfortable and relaxed in the private space. It gave us the opportunity to share stories, laugh loud and just be ourselves!! Renda made the planning and accommodating particular needs incredibly easy! This is the perfect event space in Juneau for a significant occasion that will be unforgettable!!!
This house was beautiful and elegant. The customer service was beyond spectacular, and the food was amazing. I’d recommend it to everyone!
