Disappointing Experience with Scheduling. I was looking forward to my dental appointment, but the experience was marred by a frustrating scheduling mix-up. On the day of my appointment, I received a call from the office asking me to come in an hour earlier than scheduled. I had to leave work early and rush to get there, navigating through heavy traffic.
