Before scheduling, I specifically asked whether my Delta Dental insurance was accepted and covered, and I was told that it was. After the appointment and X-rays, I later learned the claim was denied because the services were not covered. I understand insurance can be complex, but clearer verification should be provided before services are performed to help patients avoid unexpected expenses.

I was referred to this office by my primary dentist and, before scheduling, I specifically asked whether my Delta Dental insurance was accepted and covered. I was told that it was. The office requested records, coordinated with my primary dentist, and proceeded with the appointment and X-rays.
