Caused me to suffer severe medical issues due to his negligence and lack of medical attention. Took me off meds after he became aggravated with my concerns regarding side effects, this action without proper treatment and failure to wean me off medication per the proper protocol caused me lasting degraded health and ongoing issues . Will be perusing legal action and filing complaint with th department of health.
Everybody at this office is beyond rude. They don’t answer the phones and when they do they proceed to hang up on you. Worst experience I have ever had. There’s plenty of other places. Don’t use these providers. Update: they are now claiming that I was never a patient there how ever I spoke to 2 different doctors including Dr.sotelo who was very disrespectful. My daughter made an appointment over a month ago they call her the day of to cancel after several calls to confirm. They never sent the release of information. Doctor said he was calling her therapist that day never did. Now I call and no one answers I would like a call from dr sotelo personally. Rude office staff and lack of patient care. Absolutely the worse customer service!! No one answers the phones and when they do they’re beyond rude. I would not recommend going to this practice
Dr. Sotelo is an excellent doctor. He genuinely cares about his patients.
