Dr. Ortiz was my sons doctor as an infant. Once on a check up he pulled back on the skin of his penis which was ok until my baby began to cry in pain. The doctor said " oh don't worry it didn't hurt him" (I think I know when my child cries in pain) well when I got home and changed his diaper his little penis was bleeding. My poor 2 month old baby. I called his office to let them know of the situation and they simply said they would let the doctor know. Never heard back from them until our next appointment I reminded him of w... read more
