I write with great sadness. My family and I have been with DR. Gomez for more than 20 years. Gomez is no longer the owner but an employee. For the past 4 month, the manager Wendy, has been making my family and I (a total of 5) lifes impossible. We have been receiving for years a medication for Bipolar and depression. Since Wendy arrived, we have to call many times for our medication. On the day our medication is due for a refill 2 or 4 times the same day we have to pick it up. All the referrals were done incorrectly- without diagnostic codes, incorrect SS#, incorrect insurance. To top it all, a lab work request was done for "testicular and prostate" and I am a woman. They kept saying they were going to call me back and never did. I had to show up into the office and waited 45 mins for the corrected referrals. Some were still wrong and still, I called to confirm with the insurance and they claimed they never called for authorization. Office is very clean and welcoming. Friendly knowledgeable staff make you feel like family. Have been a patient for almost two years. Moved from Sanford to Orlando and still go back to them.
I have been a long time patient of Dr. Gomez. He very professional and courteous. His staff or assistance are well trained in taking care of patient. The office is clean and up to date. Overall! On a scale of 1 - 5. I rate Dr. Gomez and his staff a 10 ++++++.
He was very methodical on his examination and detail. Courteous, friendly and professional.
My first time seeing this Dr and I'm glad I did, very attentive and the nurses are all courteous glad I found him.
