i was an agent that worked for keller williams classic. i has an agreement to get paid 25% commission for showing a property 3 times. olgah knew about the agreement with the agent. i ended up showing the property more than 15 times and ended up doing all the negotiations. when the property closes everyone got paid even the lady that wrote the contract got paid except for me. i talked to olgah she gave me excuses i talked to the british owner he told me of i am able to prove i showed the property more than 5 times i will get ... read more
My spouse received a letter in the wake of her mother's death that read as "sorry about the death in your family, use us to sell the property". This came across as incredibly disrespectful and predatory, not to mention tactless. This business is absolutely not worth dealing with if this is how they attempt to do business
