Doctor is the best!
Dr. Cheirif even noticed bruising on my stomach due to Lovenox daily injections prescribed by [...] my hematologist. He said he would contact him to see if I could take Warfarin tablets for blood clotting! This really was beyond expectations since I see Dr. Cheirif for my cardiology issues!
Dr. Cherif is an excellent- caring physician.
Possibly the least attentive doctor I have ever met. Spent 5 minutes with me on the initial visit, sent me to multiple tests (Calcium, Stress and Echo). Results were auto-forwarded with no detail or description through their MyHealth system and a follow up visit setup 3 weeks later where he spent another 5 minutes dictating (not discussing) the diagnosis and remediation options and blowing off any and all questions so he could get out the door faster. i like him but his staff is awful. my pharmacy has been waiting for his staff to process correct paperwork with pharmacy and insurance to get a medicine approved since september 3rd. i have left messages at least 5 times in the last 5 weeks and still today 10/14/21 i do not have that medicine. guess heart medicine is no concern to his staff. i had a followup appt on 10/5 and only one medicine was phoned into pharmacy. the ma would rather argue that it was sent. well i guess i now begin my 6 week wait for that one to be worke... read more
Met him for 5 minutes. In that time he apparently knew he needed to send me off to take 2 tests (stress EKG & calcium score) and prescribe crazy high dose statin. Both tests came back perfect, but haven’t heard from him to follow up, just checked the app for my scores/results. When I called and asked his “assistant” about the 3 palpitations during the stress test, she claimed she would talk to him and call back...still nothing after days. Ridiculously awful level of care and concern
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Cheirif and his staff and highly recommend him.
I don't fear for my health with him, but he's completely tackless. Needs to ask--and listen!--rather than second-guess his patient's lifestyle and habits.
