I know Dr. Betancor as we work together performing Cardiac MRI. I recently referred a family member to his practice. Their experience was amazing, my relative can't stop talking about how well Dr. Betancourt explained everything to her, he took value time to go over her entire case scenario and made her feel better. my wife and I had a horrible experience here. I'm giving one star because zero stars is not an option. They were very unorganized and on 2 occasions did not order the heart monitors that my wife needed for the tests that her OBGYN requested they do. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find a different cardiologist, specially if your situation is of an urgent matter.
My eyes tear up when I go back to my hospital stay and how BEYOND THANKFUL for Dr. Betancor. His kindness, his sincere caring, every morning bright and early he came to my room before and after surgery "If it wasn't for him I might not be here today."
