I have been Dr. Gonzalez patient for 19 years. Never been to the Miami Beach office, always in Miami. I trust Dr. Gonzalez 100% Very dedicated, easy to talk to, explains everything in detail.. A nice human being , , Office staff in Miami (62nd Ave. ) is great.... A drawback is that he is in the Miami office, only Wednesdays and Fridays. He spends time with his patients so sometimes the waiting time is over 45 minutes to 1 hr. I feel secure when I am at his office because I know he cares.
Great Doctor - Office staff TERRIBLE !!!!! hold time on phone 15 + min. - sometimes they don't answer the phone at all -

Finally! I am very excited to say i have finally found my Primary Dr! Unlike my past experiences, Dr Gonzalez was so easy to talk with and simplified everything so that I could understand. I now know that good doctors still exist. Had to wait a bit but can understand why since he takes his time with each patient. Office overall was very clean and staff was courteous. Will be recommending him to my family and friends for sure!
My review is of the office and not the doctor himself. I sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours before I was called up to pay for my co-pay. They only accepted cash for the co-pay, so I brought the only cash that I had, which was a $100 bill. When I tried to pay, I was told that they don't have change and I would need to go to the lobby to buy something to get change. After the horrible office experience, I knew that I wouldn't be coming back, so no sense in staying and paying for this visit.
