Excellent job. Quickly done. Was completing an outstanding recall on a diesel pickup. In, out done in under 2 hrs. Job was listed as 2 to 5 hours. From Service counter (Teddy) to Isaac picking me backup when finished...Very smooth.
a tree landed on top of my old car during a bad storm. they help me get a replacement car and the buying process went pretty fast
Felt vehicle was overpriced. Salesman couldn’t address any of my concerns with anything beyond he thinks it’s fine. He was very arrogant and condescending. Asked if they could at least sell me tires at cost and they gave me options that were all full retail. Very disappointing.
Went in for a service recall. Went as planned and in a timely manner. I'm disappointed that there have already been 3-4 recalls on this new truck (Ram 3500). Seems to be built very cheaply with more plastic then I have ever seen on a vehicle. The sheet metal is thin and the truck does not look like it will stand up as well as trucks have in the past.
