I had an excellent experience with Jordan’s Flooring in Victoria, BC. I initially purchased one type of flooring but ended up needing to exchange it due to a change in plans. Sammy went above and beyond to ensure I received the replacement flooring within a very tight timeline. His service was outstanding—professional, prompt, and incredibly helpful. I appreciated the excellent customer service I received at the Victoria store from Sammy. He went above and beyond to rectify an issue and had innovative ideas on another area rug purchase.
Jayson Elisterio service was awesome when I visited the store last saturday. The store also has a lot of selections which are very practical and tailored fit to my need. I will surely comeback when I finalize my flooring requirements.
